See where your skills can go

Many young people spend hours with content every day but have never seen the careers behind it. Open Eyes opens that door.

An adult with headphones practices for a job interview with a friendly mentor across a desk.

Who it is for

Young people who love gaming, music, social media or content creation and want to see how those interests can become a future.

Open Eyes introduces young people to roles such as audio engineer, podcast host, video editor, producer, director, content strategist and digital marketer. They learn what the work is, which skills it takes and how a team turns an idea into something real.

Our goal is not only to teach skills. It is to help young people move from interest to intention, and from exposure to opportunity.
